Our residental sales expert will attend your property to give you the most accurate valuation, based on comparables in the, sourced from real-time data.
Our team will take professional marketing photos, we can even stage your property for you, to ensure it stands out amongst the crowd.
We will require full photographic ID to list your property, and carry out the required Anti-Money Laundering checks, we can usually do this within 24 hours. After this your property will be live on Rightmove, Zoopla and Onthemarket. We'll even send you weekly marketing reports, so you can see how your listing is performing.
We will agree a time to conduct viewings, we also market our properties with the view to completing US-Style Open Houses. This keeps the interruption to your daily life to a minimum.
After our viewings we will ensure your buyer's offer is fully qualified and proceedable, we will then relay the offer to you over the phone, and in an easy-to-read email notification. Once accepted, we will progress this to your chosen solicitors to progress the sale.
During this process we will update you at least once a week, saving you from chasing solicitors and agents, we'll do the hard work for you.
Exchange and Completion
The day you've been waiting for! You have Exchanged contracts and set a completion date. Our fee will be taken from the proceeds of sale, via your solicitor. We will then arrange key collection from you, and handover to the new owner.
