Keeping your property Compliant
As a residential landlord, you're required by law to ensure you property is safe and compliant.

Gas Safety Certificate (GSC)
£70 + VAT
The Gas Safety Regulations (Installation and Use) 1998 requires all rental properties to have a valid Gas Safety Certificate completed yearly before, and during the tenancy.
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
£190 + VAT
The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 require all rental properties to have a safety report completed at least every 5 years, this report must not have any C1 or C2 fault codes.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
£70 + VAT
The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) Regulations 2015 require all rental properties to meet a minimum EPC rating of E to pass regulations. Recently this was set to move to a C but in October 2023 this move was scrapped by the UK Government.
