Why we're different.
R&G was created by Matt & Ben, who worked for large estate agencies for the last 10 years. We realised how inefficient processes were and how much red tape was in between giving clients the best possible service.
No Mid Term Fees
When choosing an agent, you're usually presented with a A4 document listing all additional fees. With us, you don't pay any additional fees, just your set up and monthly management fee on lettings. On Sales, you only pay the sales commission, no extra charges!
Loyalty Discounts
Loyalty isn't valued in this industry, it's taken advantage of. All to often Landlord's see their fees increased, and loyal vendors see a different fee every time they sell. With us, your fee moves down every year, without asking.
One Point of Contact
With traditional agents you'll have to phone the office, speak to someone different every time and you might not even receive a call back. With us, we provide a Dedicated staff member for you, as-well as a direct Whatsapp line for quick, easy communication.
Open 7 days a week
The best time for tenants and buyers to view is when they aren't at work, so we wondered why agents open normal office hours. We are open for appointments 7 days a week, and weekday evenings until 8pm!
