Tenant Query Submission - Maintenance & management queries
What timescales should I expect?
For urgent queries (gas leak, keys, water ingress, risk to life and electrical safety risk) we will aim to respond and resolve your issue the same or next day.
For High Priority queries (Plumbing works, blockages, appliances etc..) we will respond within 24 hours and look to resolve your issue with 3 days.
For Normal queries (furniture, small structural issues, painting etc..) we will respond within 24 hours and aim to revolve within a week.
For rent, contract, document or letting related, one of the team will contact you within 24hours.
You can also upload your documents, share code for any other queries to assist in your application.
If you have an urgent enquiry that needs immediate attention, please call our office line between 7am - 8pm on 0117 4 625 777. This number will also connect you with out of hours contact should you be calling outside of office hours.
