  1. Your previous agent may transfer back to you, your security deposit paid when you moved in. If they do this, you will need to pay your deposit to the bank details listed below, we will then protect it and provide you with a new certificate. 

  2. Your original terms, rent amount, deposit amount & dates remain the same.

  3. Your rent is due to be paid to us on your next rent due date. Please pay your rent to us on these details; Metro Bank, RG Property Bristol Client Account, Sort Code: 23-05-80, Account Number: 50908077, Reference:(yourpropertyaddress) e.g 1stationrd

  4. Your maintenance will now be handled by us, you can report these issues on which you can access using the password 'Property2023'.

  5. You will now need to service notice by email to or in writing to 113a Gloucester Road North, BS34 7PT.
